How to delete recordings on DVR using Night Owl Cameras?
Right Click anywhere on the screen
Click on Main Menu
Click on System
Find HDD Management, and click on it. You will find the videos stored on your DVR system.
Mark the video folder to delete
On the right-hand side click on Format HDD, to delete footage.
Unfortunately, there is no way to delete individual clips from DVR.

Log into your DVR.
In system, Settings click on Record Search
From the Left menu select Date, Recording Start Time, Recording End Time, and Camera Number to find out the recording you need.
Now connect your DVR with External Hard Drive or USB in which you want to make a backup.
Mark the video clip you want to make a backup for
From the bottom, menu click on the backup button
If your external drive is connected successfully and is compatible with the system, the system will start searching for it otherwise it will show you the error “No External Device Found”
On finding the external device the DVR will store the file in your external storage medium.
By default, the DVR will save the file in a folder named “RecordFiles”
